At Arytra, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A clear unboxing video and supporting images showing the issue must be provided

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect and are supported by valid video proof:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewelry items

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team:

  • Arytra will arrange the return shipping for approved cases

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Product Appearance & Finish

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings

  • Minor variations are not considered defects

  • Certain products may feature anti-tarnish or water-resistant properties, but longevity may vary depending on usage, storage, exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, and other external factors

  • Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
